What happens after the free trial?
Every team starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. When it ends, you can start the year pass to keep going, or walk away. Nothing is charged automatically unless you choose to continue.
Who pays, and for what?
Pricing is per team, not per person. Whoever sets up a team covers one $99-a-year pass for it. Parents and players never pay a cent, and invited managers are free too. Across a typical roster that works out to about $7 per family per year.
What does founding price mean?
The regular price is $129 per team per year. Early teams get the $99 founding rate, and teams that join at the founding price keep it.
What happens at renewal?
Your year pass renews automatically every 12 months so the team never gets locked out mid-season. We remind you before every renewal, and you can cancel anytime. The team stays fully active through the end of the year you paid for.
Can I run multiple teams?
Yes. You can manage as many teams as you like from one account. Every team is billed at the same flat rate, so there are no surprises as you add more.
Do parents or players ever get charged?
No. Being a parent or player on a team is always free in Tournago. The only cost is the per-team year pass, and that is it.
Do you have plans for clubs or organizations?
Organization spaces are coming soon. Clubs and leagues will get one place to see all of their teams together. For now, each team is billed on its own.
